Ritmo Mundo America250th
The fireworks from the 4th of July may be over, but America’s 250th anniversary celebration is far from finished. Throughout this historic year, brands across a wide range of industries have found creative ways to commemorate the nation’s 250th birthday. Now, Beverly Hills-based Ritmo Mundo is adding its own unmistakable style to the celebration. As the Official Timepiece partner of America250th, the brand unveils Centurion America limited-edition America250™ timepieces.
As an Official Licensee of America250™, Ritmo Mundo created three collector’s watches inspired by the milestone anniversary. Two versions, the Independence and the Patriot, boast a cushion-cornered square case with round bezel and dial. Measuring 43.3mm, these watches house the Swiss automatic movement Sellita SW200. One version features the likeness of the American flag on the dial, surrouneded by a ring of stars against a blue backgound and an outer red ring with the minutes track. On the lower portion of the dial is the Amerca250th logo. The watch offers hours, minutes, seconds and date indication and the case back is engraved.

The second version, with similarly engraved America250th caseback, boasts a center round dial in dark blue with red stars across it and then America250th logo in red, white and blue. Surrounding the dial is a silver chapter ring with the word America and stars – alternating in red and blue – forming the hour markers. An outer dark blue minute track complements the design.
The third watch, the Pegasus America250th, is different in both style and mechanics. While it does not carry the Amerca250th logo, may be the most alluring and timeless of the three watches. The entire hexagonal case is crafted of transparent sapphire allowing for a full view of the movement within. Additionally red, white and blue stones form an inner bezel inside the case and clearly make an American statement.

Each of the three America250™ editions retails for $5,000 and serves as a wearable reminder that the country’s 250th birthday isn’t just a single day on the calendar.
Founded in Milan in 2002 before relocating to Beverly Hills, Ritmo Mundo has built its reputation on creating watches that stand apart from the crowd. Celebrity partnerships, sports collaborations and an unapologetically contemporary design language have made the brand a favorite among collectors looking for something different from traditional Swiss offerings.
