In an effort to make certain watches more accessible for thinner wrists, Omega announces three new Constellation watches in 36mm diameters. The watches all house the brand’s exceptional automatic movement, the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8800, which is visible through the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
The three versions — each with a very special color way — are avaialble as follows: stainless steel with a burgundy PVD dial and strap, stainless steel and 18-karat yellow gold with a blue PVD treated dial, and stainless steel and 18-karat Sedna™ gold with a brown PVD treated dial. Sedna(TM) gold is Omega’s proprietary gold with a rich pink hue. The Constellation star and Omega logo are in matching hues of gold (white gold for the steel version).
Each fo the watches is ensconced with a circle of 38 diamonds (0.92ct) set on the bezel and with diamond markers for a total weight of 1.11 carats. The watches offer hours, minutes, seconds and date at 6:00. Each has also earned the Master Chronometer certification set by the Swiss Federal Institue of Metrology (METAS). The watches retail for approximately 10,200 CHF in steel and CHF 12,600 in two tone.
