Abingdon, a brand dedicated to supporting women, made some important announcements in Las Vegas recently. During what it termed Las Vegas Watch Week in early fall, the company opened a new boutique in the city’s downtown Arts District and rolled out a bright new watch model named for the store location. It also revealed plans to launch a watch‑making school.
While the name Abingdon Co. remains somewhat under the radar among mainstream watch fans, it has quietly built a purposeful identity. Founded in 2007 by pilot‑entrepreneur Abingdon Mullin, the brand set out with a mission to fill what she saw as a glaring gap: tool watches sized and engineered for women in aviation, diving, motorsports and other high‑performance activities.

Abingdon Bonneville Blue is sold on a Chevron-styled steel bracelet but additional straps can be purchased.
Rather than chasing fashion trends, Abingdon’s ethos has always been about functionality, reliability and usefulness — watches designed to work, not just to look pretty.
The new flagship boutique, located on E. Bonneville Avenue, officially opened on November 4, 2025. The space is built for appointment-only visits and doubles as an event venue — a home base for Abingdon’s fans (or “Crew Members,” as the brand calls them) to gather, interact, and connect with the founder for brainstorming, discussions about the Abingdon Foundation and more.

Abingdon Bonneville Blue watch retails for $599.
In honor of the opening of the store, the brand released a new watch: the Abingdon Bonneville Blue. Priced at $599, the limited-edition Bonneville Blue is a vivid statement of brains and beauty. The model celebrates the city, the new showroom, and 18 years of the brand’s journey thanks to the GMT mode perfect for flight or travel.
The bold blue dial is paired with a bi-directional flight-computer inner bezel and hands and indices coated in Super‑LumiNova for readability in low light. A sapphire crystal guards the dial, while a 40 mm stainless-steel case offers solidity without feeling oversized. Water resistance to 330 ft (10 ATM) brings real-world practicality. The watch is powered by a Swiss Ronda GMT movement.

The Abingdon Bonneville Blue measures 40mm in diameter but is just 12mm thick.
At 40 mm, the Bonneville Blue sits confidently on the wrist — but thanks to its proportions and clean design, it doesn’t overwhelm. Offered with a quick-release 20 mm steel bracelet with angular Chevron-style lines, the watch is daring as well as attractive. Optional brown leather or white and blue leather straps can also be purchased, adding to the versatility. However, only 18 pieces will be made, each individually numbered 1 through 18. Currently, the watches are being assembled in a small workshop in Las Vegas, one at a time.
Alongside the boutique and watch launch, Abingdon also announced plans to open a school for watch technicians and a local assembly facility in Las Vegas. The ambition: to train new generations of watch technicians, build careers, and bring watch production — from design to final assembly — to the heart of Las Vegas in a slightly larger capacity than Abingdon currently has. No further details on this endeavor were available at press time.
