Bulgari Maglia Milanese Monete Secret Watch unveiled at today’s Milan LVMH Watch Week.
Today in Milan, LVMH Watch Week takes place, the Group’s annual January showcase where its leading Maisons unveil the timepieces that will set the tone for the year ahead. In 2026, Bulgari — a house that continues to blur the line between high watchmaking and high jewelry with singular confidence — bestows the Art of Gold theme on its newest creations. All encompass icon timepieces reinterpreted in the precious metal.
Standing at the pinnacle of the collection are two extraordinary pieces that highlight the Maison’s Roman heritage and goldsmithing virtuosity: the Maglia Milanese Monete secret watch and the boldly jeweled Tubogas Manchette.
Bulgari Maglia Milanese Monete Secret Watch

Bulgari Maglia Milanese Monete Secret Watch features a superb coin cover and Milanese mesh bracelet.
The Maglia Milanese Monete revisits Bulgari’s Monete collection, first introduced in the mid-1960s, and rooted in the Maison’s fascination with antiquity. Each secret watch is adorned with an authentic ancient silver coin dating from 198–297 AD, depicting Emperor Caracalla — transforming history itself into a functional design element. But that surprise (one pulled from its archives) is not entirely what sets this watch apart. The geometric balance of square, circles, octagons and angles, along with the stunning new Milanese mesh bracelet are on complete package.
The traditional Milanese mesh, crafted entirely in rose gold, is a technique inspired by the creations of Milanese goldsmiths during the Renaissance. It requires interlacing fine gold threads by hand to create a surface that is both fluid and resilient. Achieving uniform suppleness while maintaining structural integrity presents a significant challenge, particularly when executed in precious metal rather than steel. The result is a bracelet that drapes like fabric, yet retains architectural presence.

The bezel of the coin cover of the Bulgari Maglia Milanese Monete Secret Watch is set with diamonds.
The round rose-gold case is set with brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.50 carats, while the crown is set with an additional diamond. Beneath the hinged coin bezel lies a white mother-of-pearl dial with 12 diamond hour markers (approximately 0.10 carats).
Powering the watch is Bulgari’s ultra-compact Piccolissimo BVP100, a manual-winding mechanical micro-movement developed and manufactured entirely in Le Sentier. Measuring just 13.5 mm in diameter and 2.5 mm thick, and weighing only 1.9 grams, the movement comprises 102 components, beats at 21,600 vph, and delivers a 30-hour power reserve. A sapphire caseback reveals the movement — a rare technical flourish for a secret watch.
Bulgari Tubogas Manchette

Bulgari Tubogas Manchette unveiled at LVMH Watch Week in Milan today.
If the Monete is poetic and restrained, the Tubogas Manchette is unapologetically bold. Inspired by a Bulgari archival design from 1974, the watch takes the form of a wide, single-coil yellow-gold cuff, embracing the wrist with unmistakable 1970s glamour.
The square yellow-gold case measures 16 mm and is fully set with diamonds, as is the pavé dial, which alone features approximately 0.6 carats. Across the bracelet, nearly 12 carats of diamonds shimmer alongside a vivid spectrum of colored gemstones: spessartites (1.06 ct), citrines (1.05 ct), rubellites (0.87 ct), peridots (0.62 ct), amethysts (0.63 ct), and topazes (0.59 ct).

During the sketching of the Bulgari Tubogas Manchette it was determined that the goal was ultimate flexibility as well as design.
Beyond its visual impact, the Tubogas Manchette introduces a technically demanding construction. Each Tubogas ring is individually molded and polished before being meticulously assembled onto a titanium blade — a modular technique that ensures both flexibility and durability while preserving the bracelet’s seamless flow. Executing this structure while setting hundreds of stones requires extreme precision, as even minimal deviation would compromise the bracelet’s iconic suppleness.
Inside beats Bulgari’s in-house Lady Solotempo BVS100 automatic movement, measuring 19 mm in diameter and 3.9 mm thick. Comprising 102 components, it offers a 50-hour power reserve and beats at 21,600 vph, reaffirming Bulgari’s commitment to mechanical legitimacy even in its most jewelry-forward creations.
Together, these two creations stand as expressions of the Maison’s enduring ability to reinvent its icons through craftsmanship, color and a deft blend of art and technology.

Bulgari Tubogas Manchette is powered by a small self-winding movement and set with more than 15 carats of diamonds and gemstones.
