Vacheron Constantin, the world’s oldest, continuously operating Swiss watch brand, knows all about history. That may well be why it offers such rich retro collections. Now it unveils the HistoriquesAronde 1954 – a truly stunning work of art and craftsmanship. Inspired by a legendary model from the brand’s archives, this newest piece is based on a 1954 post-war watch. Its original rectangular case boasted bold sculptural lines. The newest one brings these graceful, free-flowing details to new heights in the innovative double rounded curved flanks. The watch retails for $26,200 and is an even greater gem on the wrist than in the pictures.
