Recalling the classical elegance of decades gone by, Girard-Perregaux unveils the 1966 Small Seconds timepiece, inspired by the brand’s 19th century large pocket watches. Offered in 18-karat pink or white gold, the 40mm watch houses a new GP automatic movement that was developed based on the brand’s caliber 3300. It offers a power reserve of at least 46 hours. The dial features gently curved Arabic numerals for easy readability and a large sub-seconds dial. Details are still under wraps but will be forthcoming next week at the SIHH. Stay tuned.
