Astronauts from the landmark Apollo and Gemini NASA programs will celebrate the exhibit at a public forum on Friday October 21 that will run from 1130 am to 1 pm at City Center. Attending the forum is Brigadier General Charlie Duke (who flew to the moon on Apollo 15), Lt. General Thomas Stafford (Gemini and Apollo astronaut), and Captain Gene Cernan (Apollo 17 astronaut, and the last man to walk on the moon. The forum and panel discussion is moderated by former CNN correspondent Miles O’Brien. The exhibition at the Tourbillon Boutique runs four days and is open to the public. It will showcase a Lunar Rover, an Apollo 10 space suit and a Mars Rover, in addition to other items. Also on exhibit will be several important Omega Speedmaster watches. The Omega Speedmaster is the only watch worn to the moon and on the moon, and is the official timepieces of the NASA space program. This is rare opportunity to get to see these pioneers of our time together in one room discussing their ventures and experiences. It is a must-attend mission!
