We here at atimelyperspective.com were the first to break the news of the new Rendez-Vous collection of luxurious round women’s watches from Jaeger-LeCoultre, with the famed Diane Kruger as the face behind the series. You can read that introduction here.

Now, we can finally be first to release the haute horlogerie and joaillerie timepieces to accompany this new series of nearly 30 different Rendez-Vous watches. In addition to the mechanical Rendez-Vous Night/Day watches, with stunning rendition of night moon and stars or daytime sun in the aperture at 6:00, and to the quartz Date version, there are two very special pieces.

In the Rendez-Vous Wild Rose watch, a mother of pearl sensation, layered white, pink and violet mother-of-pearl segments outline the delicate veins of a leaf. At the heart of the Wild Rose Rendez-Vous beats a mechanical automatic movement, Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 898B, entirely developed and produced within the Manufacture workshops. The bezel, lugs and middle of the white gold case are embellished with a row of diamonds that light up its mother-of-pearl marquetry face.

The Rendez-Vous Tourbillon Enamel watches house the automatic Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 978 and feature stunning enamel painted floral dials. Two models will be offered, one of which features a snow setting of diamonds against soft shades of opaque and translucent enamels in nature’s hues of golden brown and green, with a diamond-set rose motif on the dial. The alluring tourbillon escapement is visible at 6:00.
